It has not water damage, psu issues, it has great ventilation, good power cord, and absolutely no reason to do this. It was running fine unplugged it for a day or two and came back to hit the power button it made the power up noise but no shut off noise, please help me.

Yes, everything has a great connection I hear I sort of popping noise where the thermal paste is I replaced it recently.
Next, can you check voltages across the board?

Have you cleaned the inside of the console recently? Have you applied new thermal paste to the CPU recently?

@andrewsawesome yes, it appears to have no issues it has power running through the entire thing I have tested everything it seems to be fine
