1 Apple logo for a second then blank upon startup
I replaced the battery and the trackpad on my 2015 retina macbook. Afterwards, when power is attached it does not boot however the power chime sounds, the apple logo and progress bar flash for a second then the keyboard lights up for a few seconds, then all goes dark and it’s dead. From the above symptoms, it appears that the keyboard, screen, power and speakers are connected but the system is not functional.
Any ideas?

What is the charger telling you? Amber or Green

@danj This is not a macbook with magsafe btw.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery and then plugging in the charger as that should turn it on. If not then try disconnecting and reconnecting certain components as those could be taking power from other areas that need it more.
