Why is my phone stuck powering on?
like, it shows the powering on screen, then it goes black when dead, like always, and now its going from black to powering on screen, back and fourth

Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it boots all the way to the home screen OK and then stays on without boot looping.
If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed and didn't come pre-installed on the phone.
You will have to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to check if the phone starts normally. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
