I have tried everything. Haptics. Turning off Classic invert, Smart Invert, Colors Filter. Nothing works. It comes on just for the !&&* of it throughout the day. I've tried to keep track of what could have done to set it off but find no pattern. It started on my 6plus, then my 11, then my 13. Very frustrating. I'm wondering if it's a virus. Who uses it on purpose?

If you are sure classic and smart invert are turned off it will most likely be a software problem. I would back up the phone and restore with iTunes. It will not be a virus.
