If your phone is cracked, chipped or broken then it's a obvious one if none of the problem is there then try the following.
- Check and compare the temperature on non working half and working half. if it's same then it would be a problem with sheet pasted under glass.

After it was hitten on the middle part of the screen the bottom half of the screen only shows only white color when its on until i flash a beam of light In the sensor part
You’ve answered your question. Hitting the screen on the middle has damaged it. You need a new screen.
