MacBook Air won't turn on, could it be a logic board issue?

I'm trying to fix my old Macbook Air and I'm unsure what the issue is.

One day in 2018 my Mac just turned off and wouldn't turn back on. It just appeared to die; the charger didn’t even show an orange or green light. I tried various things including a SMC reset and nothing worked. After about a week, I pressed the power button and it turned on and started worked perfectly.

However, a few weeks later the same thing happened again. Sometimes it would not turn on but the fan would start spinning. After leaving it for a few days, sometimes weeks it would turn back and continue working. This happened multiple times over the course of a year until one day it turned off and hasn’t turned back on since. I’d had it for 4 years so decided to just get a new one.

Fast forward to 2022 and I'm trying to fix it. I ordered a new battery to see if this was the problem. I’ve fitted it today, the Mac doesn’t turn on and the charger light goes green then stays orange. Tried doing a SMC reset etc again and it’s still not turning on.

I had a look at the logic board and it doesn’t appear to show any corrosion. The Mac has never been damaged or dropped. I just don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?
