Is this the right way to go with this liquid damaged Nintendo Switch?

Hi! This is my first switch repair so I'm a little hesitant.

1. I have a bad coil due to liquid damage. To get replaced.
2. There's shorts around max77620 and alc5639. I ordered both and I'm willing to replace them.
3. Bq24193 gets really warm when I'm charging a known good battery but the board goes into fast charge even though it starts dropping amps right after. My battery is 100% which I'm guessing is the normal thing to do?? Anything to do with the bad coil maybe?

What do you guys think??
