why do the lens keep going & out on the massage it says "turn off the power & on again" i do it the think happens again. unable to take a picture. thank you.

tsehaye, it is possible that this is caused by a stuck lens. If the lens extends but gets stuck, it will retract. After a few attempts, it will shut down. Here is a generic way of trying to fix it. I tried the "here is a" link and the step where he is turning is on and grabbing the smallest part of then lens, and tapping it. I have reported success with this method. I recommend this to everyone
