Samsung Galaxy a52 screen has gone black

Have you tried these troubleshooting methods suggested by the manufacturer?

1. Check the phone, charger, and USB cable for physical or liquid damage
2. Force restart your phone (press and hold Power + Volume down key for 20 seconds)
3. Charge the phone for at least 1 hour, at some point the charging indicator should be visible on display
4. Restart the phone by pressing and holding the Power key for 15-20 seconds until the Samsung Galaxy logo appears
