Why does my TV turn on and shows the word vizio but does nothing else.

My TV turns on, shows the word vizio but that's it. Does not show if I'm on a channel, video or hdmi. The only way to turn it off is by unplugging it from power strip. This happened right after the power went out in a storm. I checked power strip out very well and nothing wrong with power strip because it running my replacement TV now. The problem is with my 2019 55in vizio TV and my 2014 42in LG TV from bedroom now in my living room is working fine on the same power strip. I followed the steps it showed and so far just on and off but nothing else. Can you help me?
