My iPod USB cable was chewed up bye my dogs it broke the wires in half.My uncle attached the wires back together and it charged.....but when i took it offf it turned to a white screen then a black screen and it wont turn off what should i do?

Did you have it on a charger or the computer when you disconnected it? If it was attached to the Computer USB you may have to reconnect and reset it up. If it was attached to a charger I would suggest looking at the fix on the wire and make sure it was secure. If in question I would get a new cable and keep it away from rover.
