Can you still hear sounds after you' remove a phone's display from it?

Speaking in general, there's no reason that a missing display should affect the speakers in a given phone. That being said, you have to have some way to tell the phone to make sounds, which is probably going to be difficult without a touch screen attached and a display to see what you're doing. Presumably you could call the phone and have it ring, but I'm not sure how you're going to answer it unless you use some kind of voice recognition.

I'm by no means a Samsung expert, so hopefully some of the more knowledgeable technicians who frequent this forum can add their thoughts on the matter.
