Some of you may remember my similar question from last month, about putting a new GPU in a 2011 27-inch iMac. Well, after a successful completion of that job, the owner says he now has this 2020 model, and a new GPU he'd like me to install. Have any of you done that on this new of a machine, or at least have access to the tear-down manual for this model?

It's not possible unfortunately... :-(
It's soldered to the Logic Board.
It would take A lot of research/time/Knowing how to solder and Money to do!

Thanks Ben, that's what I thought (and told him). We'll have to see what the guy says who sold him the GPU he claims will fit in this machine...
