Rakiem Geschaklt, The first thing to do is to stop trying to charge and use it! That will only worsen the damage.
Liquid damage must be repaired and you need to take the computer apart, all the way down to removing the logic board and components. Once you’ve taken the device apart (follow the guides here on iFixit, just click the device page for your selected device), you need to clean the boards and case thoroughly (but very carefully) with distilled water (not tap water, due to impurities). Use a medium hard brush (preferably ESD safe, it a toothbrush will do) and clean everything.
Once everything has been cleaned, do the same thing again to the same parts, but using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) >99%. The IPA displaces water and evaporates incredibly fast. Take care and use caution again.
Let the parts and boards dry for a few minutes, then go over the logic board very! thoroughly using a magnifying glass to inspect for damage and missed corrosion.
If everything checks out, put it back together and see if it works. If not, let us know and we can take it further.
