2010 MacBook Pro Over heats & Graphics problem

Over heats & Video 'Posturized". I took for repair & was told it was fixed, they replaced the 'wifi board'. Still has problem...

Has a 'posturized' video & intermittently loses audio of live/recorded video while playing. I think it's a 'Graphics' problem wondering how to fix? Oven?
