Does flash light flex cable require bat&motherboard removal, iPhone 13

Really should've known better (as far as time invested) than attempting DIY back glass, unfortunately I broke the flex cable going to the flash / light - by going a little overboard in the wrong spot my first time using a punch to break the glass apart around the "newer style" cameras.

It looks like the camera it's self comes out easily enough after pulling the screen, but the flash flex cable assembly is off to the side a little, possibly burred or inaccessible behind the motherboard.

-Does the motherboard and battery have to come out of the way to get the "flash / light flex cable assembly" out through the front? Or once the camera is out, is that enough? I wasn't able to tell looking at the available guides, photos, and youtube.
