Most of the backlight is black

My iPhone 7 backlight recently got water damaged and had white spots, so I opened the display and lifted up the films to clean the backlight. Now I reassembled it and the water spots have been removed, but the entire backlight isn't working except for the bottom part. Also when I press on the display it changes the black spots a little bit. I don't think the backlight is broken because there is still light on the bottom and that's where the backlight leds are located, so how do I fix this problem

EDIT: I solved the problem. I completely forgot to put back one of the films. I put it back and now it works perfectly. Thanks anyways
