My Left earbud stopped working (Online fixes haven't worked)

My left earbud stopped working, and now the right bud's volume is very low even at max volume. The fix I've seen of removing and inserting the bud has not worked for me, even after draining the battery. If anyone can help me figure out what the problem is and if it's repairable that would be great.
