Laptop is in black screen when turned on
When I turn on my laptop, it goes into blackscreen.
I do try to go into "Automatic repair mode" for futher additional ways but it ask for my bitlocker.
Any advice to solve this problem?

Can you hear the fans running?
Is the disk activity light flashing?
Have you tried connecting an external monitor or TV to it to see if any display?
