Sony Handycam CCD-PR350

Could not find the correct device from the ones offered. My Cassette Handycam rejects tape cassette when trying to load. Have tried to reset as per Sony instructions but not solved the problem, have tried several different tape cassettes, cannot see anything obvious mechanically so possibly suspect an component issue. I have seen videos of similar issues with old Sony Cassette Video recorders which related to leaking capacitors. Any ideas that I can try.
