Xbox one S gives error E100 0000070D 8B050001.

it is the smaller purple one. Purchased broken Xbox one S with error code E100 0000070D 8B050001. Looks like it may have a new hard drive, don't know if it has been formatted, do not currently have the tools to do so. Disc drive appears to be the original, But upon taking it apart I noticed that a capacitor under the disc drive looked to be different, isn't completely sitting on the board, with either burn residue or flux around it. Could this be my issue? Just learning about motherboards and am not sure
