So my friend dropped her phone and broke the screen, we got her a new phone and want to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one the touch has multiple ghost touches, making it difficult to unlock the phone. Is there a cable I can disconnect so the touch stops working and I can use and OTG cable and a mouse.

You can try otg and a mouse but the ghost touching will still continue.
