Xbox One S not turning on after changing PSU

Recently my friend's xbox one s randomly stopped working, she got a new Series S and gave me the broken one. I've looked around and thought that the PSU was the problem, so I changed it, but the Xbox still does not turn on. I've tried 4 different power cables, and multiple outlets on the new PSU. The new PSU makes a clicking sound when you plug it in, but nothing else happens. No beep, no light, just nothing. She told me that she's never spilled anything on it, and from looking at it, there are no spills. There was a lot of dust though, so I'm not sure if that broke anything. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?
