My tv won't change resolution also sound only works if on soundbar.
Recently bought a TV from marketplace owner said he couldn't change resolution also the sound from TV will only work if connected to a soindbar but when completing a sound test it works on TV can't seem to figure it out the model number is

@kieranstewart going by your model number your TV is a Samsung. Anyhow, I am slightly lost by the "couldn't change resolution". What exactly does your TV display when you turn it on etc.
The issues with the sound could be a settings issue or could be a main board issue. Let's start with the basics. What does your TV do?
