All the electrical stuff behind my steering wheel stopped working besides the stuff that helps turn the car on & my heater & ac don’t work nor do my side mirrors & my lights that tell me what gear I’m in don’t show anymore but I changed all the fuses in my car & I can’t find out what it is

I checked it with a friend of mine who’s a mechanic at Toyota & he said he couldn’t find the problem
