My phone is acting up and I don't know why

I've had my phone for about a year now and for the past week it's been acting up. I have some cracks, a small exposed area no bigger then a centimeter where the glass is missing at the bottom, and 3 small areas where the color's messed up. I've been using these earbuds for a month now, I think they may be apart of the issue. From time to time my volume would randomly go down and up, and whenever I'm watching YouTube my videos would randomly pause, unpause, and even skip mid video. One of my most recent issues Is from time to time when in the comment section of and media playform my keyboard will go crazy open and close over and over as if its confused. I haven't downloaded any apps recently and the problem is just now occurring. I haven't had any other issues but I'm afraid that if I don't fix it now it might get worse. I haven't gotten anything on my phone and I refuse to believe it might be broke or permanent. If it is please just tell me straight up.
