Why is my LeapPad Platinum not connecting to wifi?
I keep trying to connect to different Wi-Fi's but that does not help and I can't factory reset it

Does it give an error when you try to connect to a wifi and when you try a factory reset? Did you tried a hard reset already? Does everything else just work?
