My charging port is physically moved out of place, and won't charge. I've gotten it to charge somehow at one point after it moved, so the port still seems to work fine. Is this an issue I can fix myself? If not, should I go to Apple or somewhere else?

The charging port is held in place with screws. You'll have to open it up and redo the screws. For some reason iPad charging port screws always seem to loosen off.
