iPhone 8 and later:
- Quickly press up volume.
- Quickly press down volume.
- Hold the side button (right side usually) until you see the Apple logo.
iPhone 7, 6s, and SE (1st gen):
Hold either:
- Power button + volume down (7/7 Plus)
- Home button + power button (6s/6s Plus/SE 1st gen)
Hold until you see the Apple logo.
If your screen is black, keep holding the buttons. If that doesn't help, try charging it first.
If you're still stuck, reach out to Apple Support.

Disconnect the battery.

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button, if that doesn’t work, wait till your iPhone dies

@notbroken I though about doing that, but I didn't know if it could damage anything for disconnecting the battery directly...
