Check the pins that connect the charging case to the buds. You should get about 4 volts DC on both. If not, something is broken inside.

@saurabhkolte I would first try to clean the earbud contacts and case contacts with Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and a cotton swab. Let me know if this fixes the problem.
