Check the pins that connect the charging case to the buds. You should get about 4 volts DC on both. If not, something is broken inside.

My Galaxy Buds Pro case wasn't charging the earbuds. They would only charge when inside the case and the case itself was plugged into a power outlet. The app showed that both the case and the earbuds were fully charged.
I disassembled the case and cleaned the contacts, but it still wouldn't work properly.
I just discovered—by monitoring the app—that if I keep the earbuds inside the case with the lid open, the earbuds start charging while the case's battery level drops. 🎉
I haven't managed to fix the problem permanently yet, but at least I found out that leaving the lid open allows the earbuds to charge. Give this a try if you're looking for a temporary solution.

@saurabhkolte I would first try to clean the earbud contacts and case contacts with Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and a cotton swab. Let me know if this fixes the problem.

I clean mine but the right is not charging idk maybe its old long time my brother never use it
