PSP 3000 Show Blue Screen With Instruction To Press O

I Have a Problem With My 3000 Playstation Portable,

Every Where I Turn on the PSP,

Always A Blue Screen Displays Showing Instructions for Push the Button O,

But Once I Done Press, Such Screen Appears Back,

Did You Ever Have The Same?,

And How To resolve this problem? The assistance please.
