Why is my black ink not working?
Every time I print a document, the black ink is not working even though it has an ink inside the cartridge

Hi,
Have you check the ink is able to flow from the cartridge or the container to the printhead ?
If not you're printhead is clogged.

hi just go to menu settings deep cleaning press (menu + mono +menu) then press upward 7 and 6 and then press upward select black.

Go to the menu and maintenance and you will find a option for cleaning select black and use the strongest setting the printer will clean the ink head for you and it should work greatly after that
