My 13 Pro screen went total yellow without a fall or damage. What do I do to get my screen back to normal. I did a hard reset which worked for an hour and then screen went back to yellow again.

You are out of luck, I think your only solution is to change the screen $$$. It's not your fault, it's seems like a commun issue with iPhone 13 from what I can see. if you're on warranty send it to apple for free of charge or fix it yourself but it's a very expensive screen. At this price, people are considering changing the whole phone. If you decide to, considere a more friendly repair phone for your next purchase.
