Generally, that would be the power output IC. However, like everything else, many faults can cause the same symptoms.
It will require removal, connection to speakers and a 12Vpower supply, troubleshooting to determine the exact cause, removeal and replacement of soldered in parts, and re-installation. Are you up for that?
