Para problemas con una cámara Kodak Ektra:
Verifique si hay obstrucciones alrededor de la perilla y el compartimiento de la película.
Inspeccione la perilla en busca de daños o desalineación.
Lubrique si la perilla se atasca.
Póngase en contacto con el soporte si el problema persiste.
Reemplace los cartuchos de película perdidos según sea necesario.
