Wife put gas in oil on toro ext 1550 zero turn mower
Ok so my wife put gas in the oil, and I did a oil change on it, and put what I thought was enough oil in it and it started but then started smoking a little so I turned it off right away, I filled the oil back up to where it was supposed to be a couple days later but it kind of sat a few days by then (because I discovered I needed a new battery) so I got the battery put it in and the fly wheel pops up to try to start it but it just kind of clicks and won't start. If I open the arms and try to turn over the key it turns over, but it grinds my flywheel gear pretty bad anybody know what's going on with this thing? Did I seize it up running it for a short amount of time without enough oil? Is the gas still in the oil and maybe do another oil change? Appreciate any suggestions

Can you pull spark plug(s) and turn over the engine? This may blow out any raw gas and oil while examining the plug(s). A tablespoon of oil into the cylinder(s) will help piston ring sealing. Turnover the engine again, without plug(s). Clean and dry plug(s) for reuse and try starting again.
