The Monitor light green then close again then light green then close , the monitor doing it for 24 without stop I tried to change the power cable but the same thing happens PLS HELP!

@shadow_xt2 could be a bad power board or a bad main board. You did not tell us if you have the monitor connected to a computer etc. We do need to know if you have anything that would display video. You can't just turn it on without being connected. If it is not connected, then this could be your backlight having failed.
Use the Acer AL2216W Service Guide and work through the troubleshooting section. After that, disassemble it and post some good pictures so we can see the boards etc. Adding images to an existing question
