Switch won't turn on

Three weeks ago my son's Switch ended up getting wet. There was a small puddle of water on the table and he accidentally set it in the water. I grabbed it and it had a memory card error on the screen (That is the part of the switch that got wet). So I shut the console off, pulled the card out and then dried everything best I could. We let it dry for a week before turning it on again and everything seemed fine.

Today it won't turn on. The screen is blank and nothing I do changes that. Tried a reset, tried charging it for hours, nothing. Any ideas?

Edit: Finally had time to open it up. There was some slight corrosion to the left of the charging port. I cleaned it up and put everything back together but still nothing.
