it shows the display with one sim card bar but i have inserted two sim cards

You can only activate one SIM card at a time
How to use dual SIM cards on your Android phone
- Open Settings, then tap Connections.
- Tap SIM card manager.
- Tap the SIM card you want to activate.
- Slide the switch to On.
- Tap Name, type in a name for the SIM card, then tap Done.
