Unless something occurred during disassembly, cleaning and reassembly, damaging a connection, how do you know the batteries are not worn out? Substituting with known good batteries or power supply can narrow the problem to either internal damage of one or both earbuds or dead batteries.

Thank you for your reply, but it seems the battery is ok cause I test with my analog tester and it has a reading of 3.4v and the other one is 3.6v. But I carefully clean it slow and surely and I barely touch the mother board. I think its the contact of the battery. Pls let me know whats the possible problem of it.

I can only guess; damage to circuitry when disassembling each ear bud, To eliminate battery failure, substitute them with two batteries made from AAA or lithium cell to make up 3.3v and temporarily connect them and try operating them.

Ohhh thanks for that tip

Hi, I think I found the problem, I notice that I substitute it with 3.3v volts with correct polarity and the mother board of the right buds start heating up. And Can I possible repair it for myself or the samsung service. Can I Order a new right mother board of it by guide me where I order. And if its possible to recover or fix my mother board?
