My Samsung Galaxy A12 Network is not working. It's only 3g or E .How can I fix this?

Check if the phone's network settings are applicable for 4G.
Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > Network mode and check if 4G has been selected.

The device is 4g compatible, I've followed the steps before. But yet still either H+ or E
Has it worked OK before on 4G in your location?
