I have no WiFi or internet through xfi router says its connected but no internet

Hi Mary, I'd recommend unplugging the router, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. Hopefully this works. If you're not up and running within three minutes after that, I'd recommend calling their customer service for further troubleshooting.

Generally this isn't something you can fix yourself; it's usually an issue of some sort with the service provider, so your best bet is to call them.
