Is the camera compatible with other sd cards than just ms PRO duo 1GB?

if I understand it right, the ms PRO duo is a microSD. does that mean that the cyber-shot 7.2 is compatible with all other microSDs? and does it have a range of GBs it can handle- the card currently in the camera is 1GB, can the camera handle any more than that? I'm unsure if the card i have in right now works, as its been 8 years since the camera was shown some love. I've ordered a charger and new battery, so ill figure out if it works within a few days.
