Camera turns on but shows a black screen snd turn back off

Im using the Olympus tough 3000, i got it a new charger, charged it a bit to make sure charger does work, took a photo and it died ever since then whenever I turn on the camera it shows me a black screen for a few seconds but turns back off, i tried everything nothing worked but whenever i remove the SD card turn it on and hold the shutter button it actually shows me the screen but turns back off after a few seconds
