Why do I have wetness under the middle drawer front?

Hi,

I have wetness water under the the middle chill drawer.

It drips to the seal of the freezer drawer . I have to chop off ice every now and then

How can i solve this problem?

P.s. Will it solve problem of lower icemaker not making ice? Seems it turns 180 degrees when I press reset button. But it is not being filled with water. Can it be that these 2 issues are connected?
