Trying to recalibrate after unclogging jam

The extruded got clogged with TPU. I took it apart and cleaned it out and put it back together. Now it won’t move properly. It will only bang against to back of the case along the x axis. I’ve tried recalibration and I’ve tried flashforge customer service. They are no help?!
