I tried to disassemble, I checked the battery, I checked the speakers, I tried to connect the phone, I pressed the pairing button for 5 seconds, there was no reaction
If you wait 10 seconds, then reboot and that's it

I have the same issue and it's important to note that there is no audio at any times. When powered on, off, or reset. Just no audio (very quiet background noise is barely audible, so power is present). The Bluetooth button does not react to anything other than factory reset after 10 seconds. Holding both power and BT buttons does not help either. All buttons are functional - the LEDs get brighter when any button is pressed. Charging seems to work. No final solution yet. Marshall support suggested a warranty replacement, but I can't find my purchase receipt. If anyone managed to solve this, please share.

I have the same exact problem also contacted the support and they said the same
the problem is within the bluetooth control board the SPI (BIOS) is corrupted.
How to fix bluetooth control board the SPI (BIOS) ? Can I replace it somehow ?
