@patrickest63828 post a picture of the old one with your Question. That way we can at least see what you are dealing with. Adding images to an existing question
Right now, you are listing the old one in 70.0µF and then ask for a 70pf (pico farad). In that case the answer is No. You will have to have the same capacitance or higher on the new one.
