Screen's not working, despite not having any cracks

The screens all black, but will vibrate upon touch. It is charging alright, yet won't connect to Bluetooth, and weirdly enough it's a bit heated when I wore it today in hopes of it magically getting repaired back somehow. The screens is unscratched.
