I connect ot to the power supply and it shows red light, (my pi camera was shorted and burnt a bit from since my pi is showing red light) it is not showing green light, fan doesn't spin and a minor current i feel when i turn it on any fix?

@prasadgawas since this happened because "my pi camera was shorted and burnt a bit from since my pi is showing red light" you do want to go ahead and repair that damage. Anytime you have a shortened component you will have top replace it first and check all of the traces as well as other components which may have shortened out as well. Go ahead and post some good pictures of your Pi5 with your question so we can see what you see.
Since this is physical damage, no firmware update etc. will work for this
